Finance Operations Manager

Robert Half Ltd are delighted to be working with a growing business based in Oxford that are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join the team. This role will ensure controls over all payrolls, cash operations and treasury across the finance department. Offering up to £50,000, hybrid working excellent benefits. Key Objectives: Management of the Payroll Lead and Payroll Administrator, overseeing weekly and monthly payrolls Management of the Cash Office Supervisor and Cash Office Assistant, overseeing all cash operations across all entities Ownership of the cash forecasting for all entities, including the preparation and submission of a weekly cash flow file to the Group Treasury Team Onboarding acquired businesses into the Group cash processes Treasury Management across all entities Review weekly Accounts Payable BACS payment runs Review payroll and cash balance sheets Prepare periodic VAT returns Bank reconciliation for cash collections across all sites Oversee adhoc payroll projects What they're looking for: Good IT skills including Excel Previous experience managing a team Excellent communication skills, ability to partner with internal stakeholders Previous experience in driving transactional finance function Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
