Line Setter Location : Southport Pay : £14.81 Shifts : 06:00-18:00 Days : 6 days on, 7 days off Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Setter to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Line Setter will play a crucial part in maintaining quality standards and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to specifications. Perform assembly tasks as required, ensuring precision and quality in all work. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Experience within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Previous assembly experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse operations is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
