Work Location: Hybrid . What You Will Do Kenvue is currently recruiting for Senior Process Engineer. The role is to drive improvements and eliminate losses from a technical perspective, stabilize the reliability of the lines and/or processes in a factory, apply Digital tools and improvement methods, develop technical operators, and provide technical support to plant daily activities to achieve safety, quality, customer service and cost targets. Act as the manufacturing process expert for base business and troubleshooting activities. Responsibilities Provide engineering and operational systems technical support to base business execution, investigations, CAPA and troubleshooting events related to raw material, product composition, manufacturing process design or consumer complaints, including root cause analysis and historical data evaluation. Communicate with internal (manufacturing, quality, engineering) and external partners to coordinate and execute project plans. Support quality audits. Lead technical activities to ensure customer service metrics are met (flexibility, equipment capability, and qualifications). Lead process-related tasks to ensure operations meet targets of efficiency and costs. Execute and lead manufacturing processes validations and production campaigns development. Write tests, protocols and reports needed to support troubleshooting and/or new project implementation. Work with the manufacturing team to deliver smart solutions, improve OEE, and reduce losses based on product design. Participate in safety evaluations, assessments, and initial start-up of new equipment sharing formula, process and equipment knowledge. Understand the relationship between process yield and product design to achieve process optimization. Independently execute lifecycle management projects for technology transfers, cost reduction, BCP development, manufacturing process optimization or new technology implementation, working with multi-functional teams. Engage in decision making with others and participate in project and program management; identify and implement process-level efficiencies and generate innovative ideas to create value. Display increasing levels of independence and handle complex responsibilities. What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing flows and production processes, and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or related areas is required. Must be a critical thinker with problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, resilience and the ability to manage conflicts. Ability to manage complexity and work collaboratively with critical stakeholders at local, regional and global levels. Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills.
