Global Mobility (Senior)Manager Responsibilities Operational Execution & Compliance: Process Management/redesign; independently handle end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes. Develop "as-is" → "to-be" process maps under guidance to gain efficiency. Governance Integration: implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows (e.g., automated expiry alerts). Compliance Monitoring: track regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, compensation benefits compliance. Reporting: prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review. Change Management Support: Stakeholder Coordination with HRBPs, Tax, legal and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates. Adoption Execution: roll out communication plans (FAQs, training) for process changes and address employee resistance. Feedback Implementation: gather assignee input to refine support resources (onboarding kits, digital guides). Tool Utilization: leverage mobility platform to automate process, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection. Process Analytics: monitor assignment costs/compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks. Dashboard Maintenance: update real-time reports on case statuses and SLA adherence. Employee Experience & Support: Primary contact to resolve complex mobility inquiries for assignees and business travellers. Vendor Coordination: manage immigration lawyers/relocation services in priority regions (China, Brazil, Middle East). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 5 years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution. Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred. GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred. Proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision, support policy rollouts, address team resistance, and execute communication plans. Senior Manager/Director Corporate Communications The Senior Manager/Director of Corporate Communications for Brazil at Keeta (international division of Meituan) will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work with Keeta’s leadership in Brazil to develop and execute the full Corporate Communications strategy during market entry, focusing on expansion and positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and expertise. Requirements Fluent Portuguese and English. Extensive external Communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in technology. Knowledge/experience in food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus. Key programs include: Long-Term Capacity Planning: process implementation and improvement including logistics network design, warehouse infrastructure (automation projects), transportation modes. Cost Efficiency Program: manage the project pipeline (PMO) and lead analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost savings. Demonstrated ability to manage cost-efficiency programs and PMO; strong analytical and leadership skills. Advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
