What you will be doing: Providing clinical supervision and support to your team members Collaborate with the State Manager to continue developing Occupational Therapy services in Melbourne Manage a reduced clinical caseload of NDIS and Medicare clients Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to members of the community Why this role: Earn between $95,000 - $125,000 super An extremely generous commission structure that rewards you for your work Focus on quality therapy with industry-low targets of 20 billable hours per week Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest areas e.g. neuro Multidisciplinary working with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists Complete your admin/documentation from the comfort of your own home Generous travel/car allowance Your caseload is created around your home location to ensure you are on the road as little as possible Yearly PD allowance Benefit from flexibility!
