This company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their daily life skills and reach their full potential. This fantastic opportunity will have you working from their clinic, in the community or with clients through telehealth, this company allows you to work the way you want to! The Perks! Salary; $70,000- $100,000 super (depending on experience) Annual PD budget of $5000 2 days study leave Reimbursement for your travel per km External speakers provide training to the entire team once per week Large clinic space with multiple clinic rooms, a resource room and your own desk space Travel time will be minimised - see clients in your local area Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic and at clients homes Vibrant area with multiple bars, restaurants and cafe's available Your Day: Working with NDIS and private clients Complete home modifications and assist with daily living skills Varied caseload across the lifespan that can be specialised based on your area of interest Work from their clinic and visit clients at their homes within the local community 25 billable hours per week (based on experience!) How you will be supported: Receive clinical and procedural supervision from your team leader based on your experience level Team meetings & workshops once per month in which you can share recent PD and complex cases Specialisation pathways available for those looking to improve and develop their clinical skills 2 week orientation program has you shadowing their therapists The Team Vibe: Clinic space encourages interaction and support among team members with an open office area where you can collaborate and build relationships with your team. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full APHRA registration Working With Children Check National Police Check Driver's license and own car Interested in this position?
