Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $77,000 - $90,000 per year CareMatch Pty Ltd trading as CareMatch Australia is a boutique care provider that specialises in providing high-quality disability and community care services, with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and supporting people under the NDIS framework. We are currently looking for a full-time Program or Project Administrator to perform the following roles and duties: · Planning and administering our organisational programs and projects and support services. · Reviewing and advising on variations and improvements to organisational programs and projects and services. · Collecting and analysing data associated with our projects and reporting on the outcomes of these projects. · Managing all paperwork associated with the programs and projects and services provided and overseeing all work by other employees and contractors involving these projects. · Working with other stakeholders and owners to ensure that our organisational goals are met. · Advising management on any matters that require urgent attention and implementing the decisions. · Preparing reports involving the organisation’s activities and responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning the organisational projects and programs. What you will need succeed: · At least 1 year of experience working in project coordination, administration, or a related role · A Diploma of Project Management qualification is highly regarded Essential Skills: · Excellent communication and management skills · Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. · Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues appropriately. · Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements. · Proficiency with technology systems (CRMs, rostering tools, MS Office/Google Suite). · Ability to work under pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: > ranges $77,000 – $90,000, depending on experience
