A little about the role Full Time employment working Monday to Friday between 7.00 am - 3.30 pm Located at Salisbury location Current drivers licence and reliable car Forklift Licence (preferred) The ability to work in a fast paced environment by providing your responsibilities in a professional, accurate and timely manner Reflects strong interpersonal skills when interacting with suppliers and co-workers Ability to follow delegated procedures and tasks to company standards to ensure a positive customer experience. Intermediate computer skills and excellent organisational skills (spreadsheets / documentation) Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to adapt within a team environment Reflects a professional, friendly and polite manner at all times Key Responsibilities… You will be reporting to QLD State Manager and your day to day will include the following: Coordinate and assist with delivered goods at factory from suppliers Assist maintaining warehouse in a clean, organised and presentable manner by containing all stock and equipment in designated areas Arrange sales for accumulated copper stock and assist of collection of copper when required Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is within service periods and has been maintained to a high standard to avoid excessive wear and tear and/or faults Identify damaged and / or unsafe products and equipment and follow up replacements accordingly Coordinate all bin pick-ups from warehouse when required Ensure goods are delivered at respected job sites accurately and in a timely manner by prioritising demand obligations when directed by warehouse / dispatcher team, for scheduled jobs that technicians have been assigned to complete Assist coordinating frequent checks for vehicles to ensure assigned technician vehicles are kept clean to company standards and advise dispatch if standards have been breached Some rubbish collection from sites Labouring duties (which may involve some heavy lifting) Assist coordinating required vehicle services by qualified mechanic when technician company vehicles reach km milestones Participate in team meetings when required Undertake additional tasks / assisting co-workers within reason when required and as directed by management.
