As the Assistant Director at Goodstart, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks. In This Role, You Will: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and careMentor and build capabilities within the centre teamBe responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absenceUse and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Jindi Kindergarten And Extended Care Goodstart Early Learning work in partnership with Brotherhood of St Laurence & the city of Whittlesea at the Jindi Family and Children Centre located in Breadalbane avenue. The centre opened in February 2015 and offers a range of programs and services to provide holistic support to children and families, including a Kindergarten program with extended care and additional programs and services for families and the community.
