Receptionist and Administration Support

Now, we’re looking for an outstanding Receptionist & Administrator to be the face and voice of our business. This role is critical. Core Responsibilities: • Warmly greeting all clients, guests, and tradespeople—setting a premium tone from the moment they arrive • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently and with polish • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and daily office logistics • Managing key systems such as database entries, appointment scheduling, meeting rooms, and team communications • Supporting the sales and property management teams with general administration • Maintaining a presentable, organised and professional front office space • Contributing to team culture through consistency, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset We’re Looking For: • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Professional presentation and a naturally warm, confident manner • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and effectively • A hunger to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to a thriving team • Experience in real estate, property, reception, retail or corporate administration will be highly regarded Why Ray White Altona?
