We are seeking a motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team and help manage our online presence, product listings, inventory, and social media platforms. Position Summary: The E-Commerce & Shopify Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of four online stores, including updating product listings, managing online inventory, and ensuring accurate online sales processing using our in-house invoicing and inventory system. This role also includes overseeing social media platforms, working closely with the sales team, and reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings across four Shopify online stores — including adding new products, updating descriptions, pricing, images, and product specifications Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Shopify using the in-house inventory system Coordinate with the sales team for inventory updates, special orders, and product launches Manage and grow company social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Develop and post engaging social media content aligned with company promotions and product launches Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and website updates Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager Support other sales and operational activities as needed Qualifications: Experience managing Shopify stores and, or e-commerce platforms (Essential) Interest and knowledge of automotive parts is a strong asset Previous e-commerce or digital retail experience, ideally in automotive or related industries.
