We are looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna, who will have the possibility to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at the customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. Communicates effectively and builds empathy with customers, colleagues and collaborators. Responsibilities Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers; assistance may occasionally occur during weekends and overnight. Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma. Open to travel in Emilia Romagna; driving license is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian. Able to work autonomously and as a team player.
