Chief Engineer

Overview Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief engineer for a 50m yacht. We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a newly built 50m private vessel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering operations and addressing any technical issues that may arise. Requirements Y3-III/3 or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role on yachts Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities AVIT/ETO knowledge a plus IDEA knowledge beneficial Happy to assist on deck when necessary Start date: Early October Location: Ancona, Italy Salary: EUR 8000 Leave: 2:2 rotation Shared Cabin Private vessel- with dual season operations- Summer Med- Winter US cruising TBC Burgess is an equal opportunity employer.
