Job Description

Program and National Test Center Coordinator UMGC Europe The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) Europe seeks a Program and National Test Center Coordinator (PNTCC). This position serves as the on-site UMGC representative responsible for providing academic, administrative, and testing support services, community outreach, and customer relations management. The PNTCC reports directly to the Site Lead (SL) and collaborates with the Regional Director, Assistant Director, local Program Coordinators and staff, education center personnel, faculty, administrative staff in Kaiserslautern, and the military community at large. Responsibilities include: Providing academic and administrative support to prospects and students, ensuring Quality Assurance Standards are met by being available, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Documenting all student contact through UMGC's Customer Relations Management System and scheduling follow-up activities. Maintaining open and positive communication with the host military Education Services Officer and Education Center staff. Organizing and participating in local Education Fairs, Open Houses, Semester Start-ups, Student Appreciation Days, Local Graduations, and other events to professionally represent UMGC. Tracking and analyzing class enrollments and student interest, providing input on scheduling, ensuring classrooms are equipped with adequate space and technology, and assisting faculty with base access and first-class support. Distributing marketing materials when permissible. Creating and maintaining outreach plans to support recruitment and retention goals. Providing National Test Center testing services according to community demand. Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions. Tracking and reporting monthly statistics. Communicating effectively with supervisors and staff to resolve student issues. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally-accredited institution or equivalent. Background in customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Basic office management and clerical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a background check and meet ILS requirements. Preferred: Valid driver's license. Eligibility: Local applicants with ILS are encouraged to apply. Applicants must already possess and maintain ILS, including a military ID and SOFA card, and meet USAREUR Regulation 600-700, Section III, 7-13 criteria.
