Regional General Manager (Premium Consumer Electronics) We are representing a leading European luxury brand renowned for its innovation in high-end audio-visual technology and premium design. As they expand their footprint and elevate service excellence across key markets, they are now looking to appoint a Regional General Manager to lead the Italian business unit. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute leader with a passion for premium customer experiences to oversee omnichannel growth, shape market strategy, and drive operational performance across a multi-channel retail environment. The Mission The Regional GM will be the central figure driving profitable growth and market development, with a particular strategic focus on a flagship product line in high-end home entertainment. This role spans leadership across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience — ensuring that the brand’s values are consistently reflected across all touchpoints. You will report directly to group management and act as the key ambassador for the brand in the region. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Commercial Leadership Develop and execute the regional omnichannel strategy (retail, e-commerce, B2B) in line with global objectives Lead the go-to-market growth of a flagship product line, ensuring premium service delivery pre- and post-sale Oversee brand-building and promotional campaigns, including CRM-driven activations and customer loyalty strategies Collaborate with HQ and local leadership to drive annual and monthly business plans, targets, and forecasts Operational Excellence Standardize retail operating procedures, customer service guidelines, and quality controls across all touchpoints Establish and track KPIs, manage daily operations, and optimize inventory and merchandising performance Drive margin growth, cost efficiency, and consistent retail execution across all channels Recruit, onboard, and lead high-performing teams across sales, operations, and service Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Mentor managers and team members, ensuring development pathways and succession planning Market Development & Expansion Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities Oversee new store development, including location analysis, commercial planning, and launch execution Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, in-store) to grow brand visibility and market share Governance & Business Reporting Ensure full compliance with local laws, employment standards, and internal corporate policies Maintain high standards of security, health & safety, and operational integrity Provide regular, data-driven business reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders Participate in cross-functional and strategic planning discussions at group level What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in General or Commercial Management roles within premium or luxury retail (consumer electronics, design, fashion, furniture, or lifestyle sectors) Proven track record in growing sales, improving profitability, and enhancing brand value Experience managing omnichannel businesses with an emphasis on customer experience and service delivery Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills — with the ability to manage diverse teams Solid financial and business acumen; ability to build and manage P&Ls, set KPIs, and develop strategic plans Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written) — essential for internal and external communication Adaptable, agile thinker with high emotional intelligence and a hands-on leadership style Why Apply?
