Overview On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury Brand, we are recruiting for the following profile to join their team in Milan (Montenapoleone). Duties and Responsibilities Guarantee operative functioning of the store Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance Be an ambassador of the brand Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues Maintain high energy on the sales floor Ensure a good work environment Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously Assist all sales team members Control of checkout and bank transfers Stock activities Ensure the correct management of the merchandise Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury RTW Fluent Italian and English is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude Customer oriented Multi – tasking abilities Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry J-18808-Ljbffr
