Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities : Be a strategic partner of the regional commercial, operations teams and COEs team to drive process consistency, simplification and integration; Support the operational teams to define and achieve business targets on the key process performance indicators; Identify gaps or improvement areas on processes and procedures and drive agenda to fix them; Work closely with digital technology organization to define and implement the digital strategy; Be accountable for assigned programs in terms of budget, timing of execution, change management and stabilization, return on investment.
