With the aim of strengthening the Digital Team, we are recruiting a Responsibilities Design and development of data infrastructures, by building and optimizing scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and data architectures to support strategic business initiatives. Deploy and optimize advanced AI models, including Generative AI (GenAI) models. Data Pipeline Management: develop, automate, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data processing. Knowledge of Mulesoft is a plus. Work with BI experts, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical technology solutions. Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI and emerging data architectures. Monitor and improve the performance of existing data systems, ensuring high availability, scalability and reliability. Ensure that solutions comply with security standards, privacy regulations, and data management best practices. Identify opportunities for business process optimization using data and innovative AI solutions. AI model development and customization, building, training and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for specific business applications, optimizing their performance. Document data architectures and pipelines, ensuring shared knowledge, and train internal teams on the effective use of new solutions. Qualifications Master\'s degree in STEM subjects. Minimum of five years\' experience in the role, ideally both within companies and consulting. Experience implementing ETL/ELT pipelines, designing AI-optimized databases, and creating RAG architectures. Proficiency in developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence models. Fluency in English and Italian. Problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to learn and act innovatively. Our Offer Open ended contract. “A” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement. Salary between € 48.000 and € 60.000 plus short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives. Collective Bonus and company Welfare.
