Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Manager-BAT

We are looking for BAT ITALIA, worldwide leader in FMCG: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Manager-BAT The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing maintenance planning and scheduling processes to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational efficiency. This role bridges the gap between maintenance execution and production needs, ensuring that all maintenance activities are well-coordinated, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. Main Responsibilities: ·Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all critical assets. ·Ensure maintenance compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards ·Lead and deploy PM pillar tools and standards according to IWS requirements. ·Ensure Maintenance Planning/Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMS’s are implemented. ·Support AM Teams by coordinating required resources. ·Engage and work with Maintenance Leads and other technical resources to improve processes and flows ·Ensure spare parts warehouse and workshop conditions are in proper condition. ·Lead the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance work orders, ensuring timely execution ·Share or reapply local or global CBA’s for maintenance improvements. ·Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance priorities ·Analyze equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness data to identify trends and recommend improvements ·Manage maintenance activities via SAP and ensure data integrity and compliance to related company procedures and regulations. ·Track KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, schedule compliance, and backlog ·Supervise and mentor maintenance planners and schedulers ·Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities Requirements: ·Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field. ·5 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in a manufacturing with production mindset. ·Strong knowledge of SAP PM ·Excellent organizational and communication skills ·Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement ·Familiarity with Planned Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance implementation Work Location : Trieste (TS) Wyser is the global brand of Gi Group Holding specialized in executive search and recruitment.
