Warehouse Specialist

We are a Multinational company, with more factories based in Italy and abroad. Our organization, following standard ISO9001, ISO14001, OSHAS 1800 AND ISO50001 is developing its Logistic hub. We are searching for a WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST Who, reporting to Warehouse Manager, will have following Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review orders and shipment requests to ensure the correct service level to customers; Execute the control of shipments to be loaded at the warehouse; Complete the goods issue and prepare the transport documents; Cooperate to improve procedures related to customs clearance, export of goods, transport, and control of sourced goods, ensuring correct storage facilities and procedures; Report to inform supply planning and local management; Calculate and maintain KPIs and monitor the performance of the warehouse. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles: 3-5 years. Studies: High School/Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Logistics. Office automation: good level (preferable good knowledge of ERP system). English (spoken, read, and written): good command (the environment is international). Directly hired by the company with a permanent employment contract, AGS aligned with the market and previous trackrecord (13 months company welfare system). Logistic Hub based in Vigasio (VR).
