Job Description
Overview An Expert in Operational Implementation of Industry Regulations, you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit's Regulatory Impact Assessment and Distributor Relations team. The team generally handles operational issues related to industry regulations. Specifically, the role involves providing support to the operational line and the units responsible for updating processes and systems, adopting regulatory changes, and monitoring the implementation of the various necessary interventions, consistently with the expected deadlines and budget. Main activities Understand and analyze regulatory texts, draft documents that summarize the standard, highlighting its essential points with respect to the operational processes on which it impacts Support in defining needs, designing and implementing initiatives on areas of expertise and in the continuous improvement of customer operation processes Manage the information necessary to fulfill disclosure obligations to industry authorities as well as fulfill obligations regarding the recognition of compensation to end customers for failure to comply with quality standards. Required characteristics Master's degree in Economics or Law. Other and/or lower-level qualifications and fields of study may be considered if significant experience in the role is demonstrated. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in complex retail organizations, preferably in the Energy or Telco world Previous experience in leading consultancy firms with participation in projects in retail Energy or Telco companies is a plus Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools Good knowledge of the English language.
