We’re looking for a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist to streamline, optimize and elevate our operations. Using LEAN principles and data-driven insights, you’ll uncover inefficiencies, design better workflows and deliver measurable results for our Data Center logistics team. Responsibilities Lead targeted process improvement projects across Data Center logistics operations, applying LEAN, Kaizen and other operational excellence tools to deliver measurable results. Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks and partner with operations teams to design and implement future-state processes that reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and improve accuracy. Work hands-on with logistics teams to pilot and roll out process changes, ensuring adoption through clear documentation, training, and KPI tracking. Use observational analysis and operational data to monitor results post-implementation and adjust approaches to ensure sustained gains. Support day-to-day logistics, such as managing and maintaining accurate inventory and parts checkouts for internal customers; arrange, schedule and support shipments across sites and other locations; unpack boxes and verify contents. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in all workspaces. Collaborate with inventory and transportation teams, as well as data analysts, to connect process changes with measurable performance improvements. Coach colleagues on LEAN concepts and encourage problem-solving at every level of the operation. Occasional trips across the cluster to support other sites and lifting materials up to 18 kg with team support. Basic Qualifications 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations focusing on process improvement or operational excellence. Working knowledge of LEAN principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping). Experience analyzing operational data to support decision-making and measure process changes; strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement practical, sustainable solutions. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with data center logistics operations (warehouse, inventory management). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification or experience to train/coach team members on LEAN concepts and tools. Familiarity with logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy). Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight) to track performance metrics. Exposure to change management methodologies and best practices.
