Job Description Job Description Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with a well respected mid-sized law firm to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney in Rochester, NY. This position is with a growing mid-sized law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate & Finance Practice Group in Rochester, NY. The team provides legal services for clients in commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, mortgage lending, leasing, and related matters. Clients include financial institutions, individuals, businesses, national retailers, and municipalities. Ideal candidates should have three to seven years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and mortgage banking. This position will be responsible for representing real estate investors, developers, and banks. Tax credit experience is plus, but not required. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State, have a strong background managing non-attorney closing personnel, and the ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner.
