Travel Nurse RN - OR - $2,463 per week in Dayton, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required; some level of experience in a level 1 or level 2 facility needed. License: Must obtain required license before contract begins. Certifications: BLS, CST preferred, CPR required. Must-Have: Must be able to pass an online EKG/Tele competency assessment prior to starting assignment. Scrub experience preferred but not required. Description: This position involves working day shifts from Monday to Friday. You will be required to work every fourth weekend and every holiday during the contract. The facility has 28 operating room suites. Experience in general gyn, vascular urology, podiatry, and ortho spine is preferred. Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census during the contract period. Cancellation of the agreement may occur with two weeks' notice without fee or fine. All applicants must complete lab work and an EKG/Dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing the contract. The position requires completing certain modules during orientation and on an annual basis. References are not required for this position. Any state RN license is acceptable and applicants may apply for a temporary license. No past license action is accepted.
