About the Position • Hiring an Estimator responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks related to the successful operation of the Estimating Department. The right candidate will have advanced knowledge of metal studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, and an in-depth understanding of the bid process. • Prepare accurate estimates across a variety of projects and scopes using advanced knowledge of OST, QB, and construction materials/systems. • Review specifications, subcontractor proposals, and project conditions to ensure precision in pricing, qualifications, and exclusions. • Lead and manage the full bidding process, including design-build estimates, while consistently meeting deadlines and minimizing errors. • Apply strategic and innovative approaches to strengthen the company’s competitive position and effectively communicate proposals to clients. • Support awarded projects through completion by monitoring progress and coordinating with project teams. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and strong collaboration.
