Universal Banker Trainee

As a Universal Banker Trainee at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to learn the various aspects of banking operations, financial sales, and client service. Learn and understand the basics of banking procedures, banking regulations, and products offered. Assist clients in opening or closing accounts, processing loans, and managing their financial portfolios. Engage in teller duties and ensure accurate handling of cash transactions. Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate financial services or specialists. Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals. Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle various customer service situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability to both team environments and individual tasks.
