In this role, you will provide personalized insurance solutions and excellent customer service to a diverse client base. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language will enable you to reach and assist a wider spectrum of our community, enhancing our commitment to inclusivity. Develop new customer relationships and manage existing client accounts to sell various types of insurance policies and add-on protection packages. Communicate with prospective and existing clients in English and another language, providing expert advice tailored to their unique insurance needs. Complete administrative tasks, such as handling paperwork and maintaining records, with a high degree of accuracy. Achieve or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with insurance protocols and State Farm guidelines. Attend and participate in team meetings and relevant training sessions to stay current with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements. Proactively engage with the local community to build and maintain George Quarterman State Farm's presence and reputation within Lakewood Ranch. Excellent communication skills in English and one additional language. Strong sales acumen and proven ability to manage negotiations. High level of organization and time management capabilities.
