Annual summer and winter Company parties! Job Summary: Lead HVAC Installer will be in charge of primarily residential HVAC installation projects, with a strong focus on retrofit and change-out work. This role involves overseeing day-to-day installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency. While we occasionally handle light commercial projects, over 95% of our work is residential change-outs , so experience and comfort in this area are essential. As a Lead Installer, you will guide and mentor a team of installers, communicate directly with homeowners, and ensure each job is completed to the highest standards. Pay: $38-$55/hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal License (or willing to obtain within one year) NATE certified (or willing to obtain within one year) Ability to lead a team and ensure high-quality installations Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams Experience making installation decisions and troubleshooting equipment Ability to communicate effectively with customers one-on-one Must be willing to use extension ladders up to 20 feet high
