RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain and organize project documentation and ensure version control * Conduct business process analyses to support workflow optimization * Develop, manage, and standardize project templates and process frameworks * Track deliverables and monitor adherence to project timelines and milestones * Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall * Support accurate and timely project reporting to leadership and stakeholders * Collaborate with PMs and teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability REQUIREMENTS * TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings * * Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience * Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years * Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years * Experience supporting project management offices (PMOs) or large-scale programs * Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies * Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process improvement * Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or ServiceNow * Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
