Item Management Specialist with Security Clearance

Description Universal Solutions International, Inc. is seeking an Item Management Specialist to join our team at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. The principal duties of this position are: * Analyze Decision Support Tool ( DST) * Prepare directives for lateral transfers and turn in the Directives for Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A). * Generate from DST a report of all infeasible and delinquent lateral transfers and turn-ins by supported commands. * Assist units with closing directives once transactions are completed. * Assist commands through cross-leveling of equipment. * File documents IAW ARIMS for an audit repository * Processes various DST reports to manage materials and reconciles all records to ensure the validity of the data in DST. * Office Automation Work - Operates standard Army Logistics Systems with minimum supervision and performs day-to-day operations pertaining to receipt, issue, inventory, and asset adjustments. • Requirements * Must be a US citizen. * A minimum of 8 years of experience providing logistics support for major systems in wholesale/retail operations. * A minimum of 4 years of experience in Material/Commodity Management, Intermediate Supply Operations, Supply Support Activity Operations, and functional experience in Army logistics information systems must be demonstrated. * Have experience and working knowledge of the Army Enterprise Portal (AESIP). * Experience with data management tools such as Power BI, Advana, and other similar tools is preferred. SECRET security clearance required.
