TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Albany, New York, 12208! Pay Information $2,753 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of staff CVICU experience License: State nursing license required Certifications: Epic experience required Must-Have: - Trauma Level One experience required - Competency with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring the ICU - High acuity patient care with advanced hemodynamic monitoring - Proficient in ventilator management, arterial lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation, temporary pacemaker management, and vasoactive/inotropic drip titrations Description: Epic experience is required. Navy blue scrubs are required. Candidates should have trauma level one experience. Competency test is required within 24 hours of application submission. Please ensure an up-to-date email address is provided during the application process. Experience with high acuity patients and advanced hemodynamic monitoring is necessary. Competencies required include efficiency with ventilators, arterial lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation, temporary pacemaker management, and the titration of vasoactive and inotropic drips. Candidates must possess 2-3 years of experience in CVICU. This position is due to a vacancy. It may be required to float to other units as needed. Please note that candidates with pending state licenses will not be reviewed for this position. Consideration will be given to previous employees who may be eligible for rehire. The work schedule consists of night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
