We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to join our team and help us expand brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships in the field. Position Overview The Field Marketer will be responsible for representing our brand at events, trade shows, and local activations. This role combines marketing, sales support, and community engagement to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Represent the company at field events, trade shows, community activations, and promotional campaigns. Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align field marketing strategies with overall business goals. Distribute marketing materials and set up branded displays to attract audience attention. Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team. Track and report on event ROI, leads generated, and performance metrics. Support regional sales initiatives and promotions to drive market penetration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, brand ambassador, or sales role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging with diverse groups of people. Ability to travel locally/regionally for events and activations. Company vehicle Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
