Marketing & Community Engagement Associate (Part-Time) We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable person to help us grow our art studio by connecting with the community, businesses, and organizations. If you love people, enjoy creative environments, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect fit for you! About the Role: This is a junior, entry-level W2 position. You’ll represent our studio in person and at local events, engaging with customers, building relationships, and sharing the joy of art experiences. While training is provided, prior experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, or sales is a plus. This is not a commission-only or door-to-door job. We believe in relationship-building, not pressure-selling. Responsibilities: Make outreach calls from the studio to businesses and organizations Visit local businesses to promote our programs Represent the studio at community and retail events Engage with customers and provide information about our art experiences Assist with social media marketing (posting updates, sharing events, creating engaging stories/reels, responding to comments) Use basic design tools (e.g., Canva) to create simple graphics and posts What We’re Looking For: High energy and strong communication skills Outgoing, team-oriented, and coachable attitude Reliable, professional work ethic Must be 21 with HS diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation (studio is between Conroe & The Woodlands) Schedule & Location: Part-time, flexible schedule (including some weekends) All events are local — no long-distance travel required What We Offer: W2 employment with hourly base pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses Paid training Creative, fun, and supportive work environment Preferred Experience: 2 years in marketing, promotions, events, or customer service (preferred, not required) License/Certification: Driver’s License (required) How to Apply: Submit your resume through the online process.
