Job Description Job Description Sales & Marketing Manager – Natural Products CPG (Health & Beauty) We are a fast-growing natural products CPG company seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B businesses. This role drives e-commerce, retail, and distributor sales while managing marketing initiatives that expand brand visibility and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and execute go-to-market strategies, reporting to the EVP of Sales & Marketing and CEO Drive revenue across DTC, e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Target.com, Shopify), and retail/distributor channels Manage broker, vendor, and retail account relationships (domestic & international) Oversee e-commerce performance, inventory alignment, and fulfillment operations Lead sales reporting, forecasting, and workflow improvements Partner on product launches, packaging, certifications, and compliance requirements Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SMS) Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and influencers to amplify sales impact Enhance customer experience through DTC order support, retention, and brand education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required 2 years of experience in CPG sales, e-commerce, or related fields Experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Shopify strongly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Klaviyo; design skills a plus Knowledge of natural products, labeling, and compliance a plus Thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment with a hands-on mentality Location In-person only in Piscataway, NJ.
