Do you know how to connect brands with the right audience? Join our team as an Ad Salesperson and help grow advertising revenue for one of the industry’s top firearms magazines. About Us: On Target Magazine is a trusted, long-standing publication in the firearms community, reaching a dedicated readership of gun owners, hunters, collectors, and tactical professionals. From feature stories to gear reviews and product spotlights, we deliver premium content to a loyal audience both in print and online. What You’ll Be Doing: Prospect and secure advertising clients in the firearms, hunting, tactical, and outdoor markets Sell print and digital ad space, sponsorships, and special features Develop customized ad packages to meet client needs and marketing goals Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with editorial and design teams to deliver client ad materials Represent the magazine at trade shows, expos, and industry events ✅ Qualifications: Proven sales experience (media or magazine advertising preferred) Strong knowledge of the firearms industry and its audience Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with advertising metrics, readership demographics, and rate cards Experience with CRM software and digital tools is a plus What We Offer: A respected, growing platform in the firearms publishing space Flexible work environment (remote options available) Competitive commission structure Opportunity to work with top brands in the industry Access to industry events and product launches Interested?
