We’re known for our professional, reliable service and strong relationships with healthcare facilities, assisted living communities, and hospices. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Marketing & Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and build even stronger partnerships with both current and potential clients. Job Summary: We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Rep who thrives on relationship building and clear communication. Your main role will be connecting with healthcare facilities, introducing them to the services we provide, and coordinating meetings for our leadership team to finalize new partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Represent TLC Solutions of Florida to healthcare facilities (hospitals, hospices, ALFs, rehab centers, etc.). Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, and in person to introduce our transportation services. Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities. Set appointments for the Marketing/Sales Rep and senior leadership to present and secure service contracts. Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials. Support marketing campaigns and attend outreach events or meetings as needed. Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts and business development leads. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach is preferred but not required – we will train the right person! Comfortable speaking with professionals in the healthcare industry. Outgoing, reliable, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
