Job Description Job Description JOB PURPOSE Columbia Vehicle Group is seeking a results-oriented Channel Development Specialist to qualify prospects and to expand, support and optimize our Authorized Dealer Networks across commercial and consumer markets. This role is responsible for building the pipeline of high-potential dealer prospects, tracking performance through business analytics, and driving dealer engagement. The ideal candidate is a natural connector and problem-solver with strong analytical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Channel Development & Prospecting Use Lead Forensics, Omnia Partners, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google searches, and direct outreach to identify, qualify and nurture high-potential leads and Authorized Dealer prospects. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead handoff, qualification and onboarding. Maintain a prospecting cadence that supports strategic market coverage and revenue goals. Dealer Program Development & Training Support the creation, rollout and continuous improvement of dealer programs, onboarding processes and engagement initiatives. Serve as a key resource for educating dealers on brand positioning, product differentiation and channel tools. Business Analytics & Reporting Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reporting to Sales and Executive teams. Monitor KPIs by region, dealer and vertical; recommend actions to optimize channel effectiveness. Build and maintain dashboards in coordination with the Sales team. Channel Health & Conflict Resolution Serve as a point of contact for dealer conflicts, working with internal teams to assess and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion. Monitor overlapping territories and account activity to ensure healthy competition and channel alignment. Assist in the execution of dealer agreements, renewals and performance improvement plans. Product Management Liaison Serve as a bridge between Product Management and the dealer network, ensuring feedback from the field is captured and communicated. Participate in new product training, feature launches and updates to ensure dealer readiness. Share market intelligence and dealer input to inform future product development. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong understanding of dealer/channel models, particularly in B2B or B2C environments Experience developing and delivering channel training programs and engagement materials Ability to mine and synthesize data from multiple sources (Lead Forensics, Omnia, LinkedIn, CRM) Skilled at handling conflict with tact, clarity, and a solution-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational and communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 years in sales support, channel development, business development or related roles Experience with territory mapping, dealer recruiting or sales performance management Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.) Experience working alongside product management or marketing teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field WHAT MAKES COLUMBIA VEHICLE GROUP AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE Competitive base salary Paid holidays and vacation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Company-provided AD&D insurance with option for supplemental coverage 401K with 50% company match on the first 6% Tuition reimbursement Company Description Columbia Vehicle Group is a manufacturer of pure electric vehicles that are designed, built, and supported by a remarkable team of more than 200 employees.
