BLS required. Must have minimum 2 years experience. Must have EPIC experience. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). Epic experience required. ASAP START! PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CAREGIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
