We help home and business owners recover from water, fire, and mold damage—and we’ll train you to become a skilled professional in this high-demand industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead technicians with residential and commercial restoration projects Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (must lift up to 75 lbs) Use hand tools such as drills, pry bars, hammers, etc. Learn and apply IICRC S500 standards for water mitigation Monitor job progress and document readings using mobile devices Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency after-hours response Maintain a clean, professional appearance and attitude Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (Required) Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation Must pass a background check and drug screening Clean driving record Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Positive attitude and willingness to take direction Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic comfort using technology (smartphones, tablets, apps) Preferred (But Not Required): Basic knowledge of construction or tool use Previous experience in labor, trades, or customer service Benefits: Paid holidays and vacation Company-provided phone, vehicle, and fuel (after training) Paid training and industry certifications (IICRC, etc.) Career advancement in a stable, essential industry Supportive, growth-oriented team culture About Us: United Water Restoration Group – Atlanta North is a trusted leader in emergency restoration, serving the greater Metro Atlanta area.
