Part Time Bartender

Job Description Job Description Pay Rate: $13.00 an hour Tips Summary The bartender position is responsible for setting up an assigned bar, work area for service in a timely manner to ensure our guest a quality experience and communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction. Bartending happens in all four of our theatres as well as customer facing locations in our pre-cocktail lounge and pub. There are no barbacks at CDT. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Set up bar area by opening time. Fulfilling drink orders for guests and servers in a fast-paced environment. Learning our dining room drink menus. Keep work area clean and organized during shift. Perform closing duties including restocking, cleaning bar area, sweep and mop after every shift. Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty. Learn to set up, work, and clean up all bar locations within CDT theatres. Aid in the overall success of the team. Assist with training of new employees. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be available for 2-3 shifts a week High school diploma or GED. 1 year or more of experience bartending. 21 years of age or older. Must be a team player. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts Tuesday 3:00PM-8:00PM Wednesday: 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM Thursday 3:00PM-8:00PM Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM Saturday 9:30AM-2:30PM, 3:00PM-8:00PM Sunday 2:00PM-7:00PM Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
