Job Description Job Description About the Role: The Dining Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of dining services within our Retirement Community. This position is responsible for overseeing daily dining room activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. The Dining Supervisor oversees kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction. They are also tasked with handling resident inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Ultimately, the role aims to create a welcoming and well-organized dining environment that . Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 Schedule: Monday - Tuesday: 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday - Sunday: 10:45am - 7:30pm Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Tulsa Health Department Food Handlers Permit Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and customer service. Train, mentor, and evaluate dining staff to promote professional development and adherence to company policies. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee kitchen staff and manage to ensure smooth communication and operational flow. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and ordering of dining supplies as needed.
