Job Description Job Description Job Title: Bartender – Hotel Bar (Plymouth, MA) Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About Us We are a hospitality-focused hotel in Plymouth, MA, offering guests a comfortable stay and a vibrant on-site bar experience. We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver excellent service to our guests and local patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, specials, and hotel offerings Ensure bar area is stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, utensils, and equipment Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Assist with bar setup and closing duties as needed Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel/bar/restaurant setting a plus) Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to serve alcohol in Massachusetts Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive hourly wage tips Employee discounts on hotel services and amenities Opportunities for growth within the hospitality group Company Description At Prada Hotels, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
