Job Description Job Description HIRING PART TIME/PER-DIEM OCCUPATIONAL ‪THERAPISTS / OCCUPATIONAL ASSISTANCE Located in Broward Country Florida is a home health agency that provides speech, physical, and occupational therapies. Seeking clinicians to join our fast growing team. Per Diem/Sub-Contract (with potential for full time position dependent on caseload) positions available in a supportive and friendly working environment with flexible hours and competitive pay. ‪Responsibilities and Duties Evaluates and develops a treatment plan outlining area of deficit and determines measurable goals. Recommends and provides treatment based upon medical, clinical, functional, and observational findings. Provides treatment based upon clinical, functional, and observational findings. Records daily patient documentation and charges according to agency standards. Communicates with family/guardians regarding treatment and findings. Prepares patient and family/guardians for discharge. Maintains ongoing continuing education to maintain professional licensure and clinical excellence. Supervises assistants and students as needed. ‪Requirements: Florida Professional License ‪Level II background screening ‪ ‪Current CPR /BLS card ‪Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
