Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via phone and e-mail Assist attorneys with pre-hearing case preparation Coordinate with Social Security offices Support clients with documentation throughout the SSDI process Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Develop knowledge of Social Security Disability law and medical issues Utilize legal management software Perform administrative assistant duties as needed Uphold professionalism in all interactions Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Professional demeanor High school diploma required Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally Compensation Starting rate: $23.00/hour Annual raise eligibility: $3.00/hour increase each year (e.g., $26/hr, $29/hr, $32/hr, etc.) Benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with a 6% employer match Paid holidays, paid time off, and sick leave Ideal Candidate This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to enter the legal field.
