Traffic Marshal

Position: Traffic Marshal (Construction Site – Yeovil) Contract: Temporary / Full-time Rate: £16.00 £17.00/hour Responsibilities Direct traffic (vehicles and pedestrians) on-site using safe and effective signaling methods. Establish and manage internal site traffic layouts, entry, and exit routes. Assist heavy vehicles, cranes, and machinery to move safely. Monitor site safety and environmental conditions, responding to hazards swiftly. Enforce PPE usage and safety compliance. Maintain visitor logs and record deliveries. Coordinate with site personnel and other stakeholders. Requirements NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshal ticket; CSCS card preferred. Relevant site or traffic management experience (ideally 2 years for full-time roles). Strong communication and physical fitness. Understanding of health & safety regulations and traffic procedures. Valid DBS check and personal PPE may be required.
