Service Designer

SC Cleared or Clearable Senior/Lead Service Designer- Outside IR35 - Remote (UK) My client is a global leading IT consutancy. They are on the hunt for a Service Desginer to join a central government client of theirs. All applicants must hold an active SC clearance or be eligible to gain one. Experience designing end-to-end services within UK Government environments, following (url removed) and GDS Service Standard principles. Skilled in mapping user journeys, service blueprints, and improving user-centred services. Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
