Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative – Social Housing Location: Greater Merseyside Salary: Negotiable- depending on experience Job Type: Temp/Perm/On Going About the Role: We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our growing team, working within the social housing sector. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance and planned services to occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, plastering, painting, ect. Undertake responsive and planned maintenance on social housing properties. Requirements: Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson within the social housing or property maintenance sector. Strong skills in at least two trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, etc.).
