Are you looking for a rewarding role? At our Prepared Foods Factory just outside of Lincoln, we’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our growing team on our busy night shift. What you’ll do: * Ensure every product meets the highest quality standards * Check packs are sealed, labelled correctly, and the right weight * Work alongside a supportive team to keep our busy production lines running smoothly Your shift: * Sunday to Thursday * 7pm to Finish (approx. 3am) What we’re looking for: * A team player with great communication skills * Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-focused * Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety * Experience in a similar role is great, but not essential, we’ll train you up!
