Chocolate Production & Operations Manager

The Role This newly created position will be central to the running of our factory. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, you’ll oversee both production and warehouse operations, ensuring the right people, resources, and systems are in place to keep everything moving. You’ll coordinate a team of up to 12 at peak times, manage stock of ingredients and packaging, and work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver orders against deadlines. Longer term, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale capacity as demand grows. Responsibilities Manage goods in/out, warehousing, and stock control. Plan and oversee production to meet customer deadlines. Drive efficiency and implement improvements across operations. Lead, support, and coordinate production and warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Report on performance and capacity, highlighting future requirements. About You Experienced in production or operations management, ideally within food or FMCG. Skilled at organising people and processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication style, able to get the best from a team. Comfortable balancing day-to-day priorities with long-term planning.
