You’ll be joining a commercially solid and well-structured main contractor delivering public and private sector schemes across defence, healthcare, retail, and commercial builds. - Senior Quantity Surveyor level autonomy - Projects up to £10m – all local - NEC and JCT exposure required - Long pipeline and strong commercial systems No red tape.
